Bali has been my second home for more than 10 years and I am blessed to invite you to this magical island for a unique & personal experience.  Join me for an 8 day journey as we dive into the Divine Feminine through Yoga, Dance, Art, Creative Expression & Self Care, exploring & re-learning our innate nature to create, receive & surrender while re-connecting with our Intiution, sensuality, and own powerful wisdom.

We will journey through the 5 elements and corresponding chakras whilst embodying the archetypes of some of the Great Goddesses to ground ourselves, unlock blockages, release self limiting beliefs and explore different methods of creative expression through movement, dance, music & art, taking the time for self care, self love and self nourishment - to re-connect with our most authentic divine feminine, our Inner Wild Goddess!

Gods, Goddesses, Ritual & Ceremony play an important role in Balinese culture and I have been blessed to live and experience the beauty & power of these ancient traditions and practices and how to benefit by integrating them into my every day life.  Here is where I met my Soul Family, many who are local Indonesians (and many of whom you will meet!) and it's the reason why I return to this home each and every year.  

With this retreat I share with you not only my 10 years of practice & teachings, not only this beautiful  island, but a part of my life here. A unique, meaningful & local experience and all the magic that it brings!

Accommodation

We will stay in a our own private villa nestled in the peace and tranquility of the rice fields just 10 mins outside of Ubud.

Ubud means "medicine" and is aptly named for it is the spiritual and healing centre of Bali.  In the town you will find a bustling market, many traditional arts and crafts, beautiful handmade clothes, fabrics, jewellery and local delicacies.

There is also the modern side to Ubud that attracts many Yogis which is the abundance of delicious raw vegan food! - It is possibly one of the best and most diverse cuisine for healthy vegan food and is an experience in itself!

The stunning villa is typically Balinese style to fit in with nature and is beautifully & creatively made from Wood and Bamboo - it almost feels like a luxury tree house!

We will do our morning practice in the Yoga Shala on the top floor which is open sided, surrounded by jungle trees and rice field views - just imagine settling into your Savasana with the sounds of the forest!

All rooms are modern, clean and beautifully decorated, all with A/C.  Choose from a private room, shared twin or triple options.

All meals will be catered for by our loving local chef (my soul sister!) and her team, with the occasional lunch or dinner out at one of Ubud's' delicious cafe/restaurants.

About Me

Born in the UK, with a heart hungry for travel & adventure, I quit my "corporate life" more than 10 years ago with nothing but a backpack and a whole lot of trust in the Universe! I have since called many places home (and still do, splitting my time between Tarifa, in Spain and Ubud in Bali - Free Spirit by name, by nature :)

Yoga became an integral (& essential!) part of my life a decade ago, and it continues to have a huge & positive impact on how I live, act & experience the world. I have been teaching Hatha Vinyasa Yoga for 8 years,  and have studied and learned from numerous wise & accredited teachers in Australia, Bali, India, the UK & Spain.

More recently I have been delving into Intuitive & Embodied Movement and together through my experience & passion for dance, have developed this into teaching in a more organic and fluid way that I feel is more natural for the female body.. because.. we ARE GODDESSES - we have hips and they need to move!  Finding this new natural rythym within myself, and experiencing a huge transformation, a greater connection and freedom in my own body, mind and soul has inspired me to create this very special retreat - the journey to our INNER GODDESS!

For those with a little more time, we have an extension option of 4 nights on the stunning tropical island of Gili Air.  Stay in beach front bungalows, relax on pure white sands and bathe in crystal blue waters.  Extension package from £499.
